In my travels I have tried cheeseburgers from all over the world. From Nepal to Scotland. And being from the South we love our cheeseburgers just as much as anyone. So much so, I felt I should pay homage to a great little burger joint in Claremont NC. They make their burgers "all the way" (Chilli, slaw mustard and onions) We call it the Carolina style. That burger with some fries and a glass of of sweet iced tea will give you instant heartburn but it's the perfect cure for a hangover.
My baptism into the cheeseburger fire began at an early age. We would head over to the cafe while taking a break from rehearsals. Jimmy Buffet's not the only man who loves a great cheeseburger.. I just found my paradise in a small town in NC.
